GrillGrate Sear'N'Sizzle for the Ninja Foodi

GrillGrates are made of non-stick hard anodized aluminum interlocking panels. 

Unlike traditional steel or cast iron grill surfaces, aluminum doesn't rust. Aluminium is more heat conductive than traditional cooking surfaces so will amplify the heat, effectively becoming an infrared cooking area for faster heat up and cooking.

GrillGrate's patented raised rail design conducts heat evenly up through the rails, helping you get the perfect precision sear on your food.

Traditional grilling surfaces mean food drippings are lost to the flames. GrillGrate's valleys vaporize drippings right back into your food for added flavour and moisture.

This design also helps reduce flare-ups The holes in the GrillGrate panels also create an even airflow to cook your food evenly and efficiently.

Do not clean GrillGrates or GrateGriddle in the dishwasher, dishwasher detergent is caustic and will pit aluminium cookware.

Soak GrillGrates or GrateGriddle in mild dish soap.

Use a scrubber or steel wool to remove debris and grease.

The GrillGrates or Griddle cleans easily and will develop enhanced non-stick properties with use.

Don’t forget- No Dishwasher as the detergents are caustic and can pit your GrillGrate.

• Do not place GrillGrate too high in your Foodi, we suggest the rails be a minimum of 1.75″ below the top of the cooking pot. This will keep food from coming in contact with the bottom of the heat shield.
• Use canola oil, Duck Fat Spray to season for the first few uses.
• Use the reversible rack on a low setting with handles up for the lowest setting.
• In order to achieve higher settings in the cooking pot
• Use Cook & Crisp Layered Insert on top of the detachable diffuser
• Use Dehydrating Rack on 2nd or 3rd or top shelf
• Use Stackable Egg Steamer with handles also on multiple settings
• Use the Broil setting, food is grilled both from the top and from below the GrillGrates – an ideal way to grill steaks, chops, chicken, and more
• Experiment with air-crisp setting too on fish, chicken, etc.
• Flip GrillGrates over to grill smash burgers, scallops, and stir fry.
