GrillGrates are made of non-stick hard anodized aluminum interlocking panels. 

Unlike traditional steel or cast iron grill surfaces, aluminum doesn't rust. Aluminium is more heat conductive than traditional cooking surfaces so will amplify the heat, effectively becoming an infrared cooking area for faster heat up and cooking.

GrillGrate's patented raised rail design conducts heat evenly up through the rails, helping you get the perfect precision sear on your food.

Traditional grilling surfaces mean food drippings are lost to the flames. GrillGrate's valleys vaporize drippings right back into your food for added flavour and moisture.

This design also helps reduce flare-ups The holes in the GrillGrate panels also create an even airflow to cook your food evenly and efficiently.

Do not clean GrillGrates or GrateGriddle in the dishwasher, dishwasher detergent is caustic and will pit aluminium cookware.

Soak GrillGrates or GrateGriddle in mild dish soap.

Use a scrubber or steel wool to remove debris and grease.

The GrillGrates or Griddle cleans easily and will develop enhanced non-stick properties with use.
