International Beer Day Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Hark Enterprises Pty Ltd ("Promoter").

The promotion commences on 31 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 7 August 2026, or earlier if all promotional prizes have been awarded.

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

To qualify for the promotion, customers must:

Place a single online order of AUD $500 or more (excluding shipping costs).
Complete their purchase during the Promotion Period.
Be one of the first five (5) eligible customers to meet the qualifying purchase requirements.

Each eligible customer will receive:

There are five (5) prizes available in total.

The prize will be included with the qualifying order where possible or sent separately at the Promoter's discretion.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Qualifying purchases are determined based on the order completion time recorded by the Promoter's online store.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded or found to be fraudulent will not be eligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any customer who tampers with the promotion or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or use of the prize.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
