Do I need any BBQ experience?
None at all. This class is designed for beginners and backyard cooks who want to level up. Ross breaks everything down from scratch.

What do I need to bring?
Just yourself. All meat, equipment, and smokers are provided on the day.

Is food included?
Yes — you eat everything you cook. Expect to leave very full.

How many people are in each class?
Classes are kept small so everyone gets hands-on time and direct access to Ross throughout the day.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to move you to another date.

Cancellation Policy
  • If a class is moved, your booking rolls over automatically.
  • If fully cancelled, you'll receive a full refund. In rare circumstances outside our control, a $25 admin fee may apply.
  • Withdrawals made more than 14 business days before the class receive a full credit for another session.
  • Withdrawals inside 14 business days are non-refundable and cannot be credited.
  • No-shows on the day: no refund or credit can be provided.
