The beef rub is a great rub for a sweet and spicy bark, especially when smoking larger cuts of beef. 

Sprinkle generously on any beef product before grilling or smoking.

For brisket completely cover the entire surface evenly, then refrigerate for at least an hour.

Apply another coat before placing it onto a prepared grill or smoker.
